Welcome to Future Generation
Future Generation is a non-profit organisation registered in 2015 and started operating in 2016. We are a service provider rendering psychosocial support to children who are orphans, vulnerable, in need and their families.
Our organisation saw a need that children are facing challenges such as abuse, neglect and unruly behaviour caused by situations at home. We provide psychosocial and social skills programmes to teenagers to support them with coping skills to make informed decisions.
Our Mission
To provide comprehensive psychosocial support and empowerment programmes to orphans, vulnerable children, and their families, enabling them to overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve their full potential through sustainable community-based interventions.
Our Vision
A society where every child, regardless of their circumstances, has access to safety, guidance, emotional support, and the opportunity to thrive. We envision empowered communities raising confident, resilient future leaders who contribute positively to society.
Our Founder
Sylvia Stungu
Sylvia Stungu founded Future Generation with a deep commitment to protecting children and uplifting vulnerable families within the community. Her vision is rooted in the belief that every child deserves safety, guidance, emotional support, and the opportunity to thrive.
With a strong passion for child development, family strengthening, and social empowerment, Sylvia has worked closely with caregivers, community leaders, and support networks to create sustainable programmes that address real-life challenges faced by children and families.
